We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Our prescribers make the final clinical decision on suitability. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and possible referral to relevant authorities.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or authorised prescribers. A prescription will be generated only where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.
We do not issue prescriptions on demand. Our clinicians act in your best interest and in accordance with NICE guidelines and GPhC standards. You may be asked to provide additional medical information or to consult your GP before a prescription is approved.
Prescriptions issued by Pharmacy Weight Loss Tywyn are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be charged the price confirmed at the point of order.
If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications will be packaged discreetly. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We cannot accept liability for missed deliveries where delivery instructions have not been followed.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly by email.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This is in accordance with UK medicines legislation, which prohibits the return and resale of dispensed prescription medicines.
